cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of
tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements
of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized
classification society.
Marine inspectors identified pitting on the main vapor
line below P/V valve and approximately 10 feet forward
of the P/V valve.
Repairs to the vapor line to the satisfaction of an
attending marine inspector must be made in order to
clear this deficiency.
