46CFR30.01-10 14NOV13 a leak was discovered in the bow rake void of tankbarge CBC 1311 causing approx. 3' 8" of water to enter the void. The water was pumped out and the void monitored from 1000 to 1900 on 14 November 2013 w/no additional water entering the void. A CG-835 was issued and repairs are to be conducted to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
