1. STBD Keel cooler found with significant sharp inset on beveled edge.
2. FWD rake found with 01 sharp inset.
3. 02 vertical angles found in STBD potable water tank.
4. 02 vertical angles found in PORT potable water tank.
5. Hole found in rudder angle indicator pipe.
6. swash bulkheads in both potable water tanks found with excessive wastage.
7. engine room transverse and longitudinal framing found with excessive wastage.
8. 03 cable transits in engine room were not watertight.
9. 02 holes found where the superstructure meets deck plating on the 01 deck, one on PORT side and one on STBD side.
10. 01 hand rail found with excessive wastage and holes on the ladderwell going from the 01 deck to the 02 deck.
11. 01 hole found in goose neck vent to the left of fwd hold hatch.
12. Silicon found on 01 cable transit from the 01 deck to the fwd hold below.
13. #1 & #2 wing voids on PORT and STBD sides found with excessive pitting and wastage; gaging required.
14. FWD hold found with excessive wastage and doublers.
15 PORT side bulwarks found with excessive wastage.

(a) The vessel is built, equipped, and maintained to conform to the rules of a recognized classification society appropriate for the intended service and routes, but not classed; or
(b) The vessel has been both in satisfactory service insofar as structural adequacy is concerned and does not cause the structure of the vessel to be questioned by either the OCMI, or TPO engaged to perform an audit or survey. Found excessive wastage on internal stiffeners on the aft bulkhead and center line bulkhead. An unapproved repair consisting of Bondo and plywood found on the center line bulkhead in the STBD FWD void.
