When minor repairs of tank vessels become necessary such work shall be under the direction of the Officer in Charge Marine Inspection. A six inch fracture was found on the port bow transition knuckle at approximately the 8 foot, 5 inch draft mark and a temporary repair completed. Remove cargo (Ethanol), gas-free, and make permanent repairs to the port bow transition knuckle. **The vessel is authorized transit from Hennepin, IL to New Orleans, LA, to offload cargo at IMTT St. Rose (MM 118) then proceed to TT Barge 104 (MM 104) to effect repairs. The attached transit plan shall be followed throughout the voyage.**
