Barge allided with mooring cell at Markland Lock & Dam on the Ohio River resulting in an inset of approximately 8' long by 2' high by 6" deep at the deck knuckle. Barge has a buckled swash bulkhead and vertical webframe in the starboard #2 void. In addition, several bent and bulked frames were noted but unable to determine the full extent. Proceed to discharge terminal and repair yard.
