The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same

On January 28, 2005, this office was notified that the T/V CHEMICAL TRADER suffered a loss of its starboard engine while attempting to start. COTP order 18-05 was given requiring the vessel to transit to berth were the vessel's class will provide a statement attesting the casualty and repairs.
