Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fittting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping. Vessel representative reported inset on cargo tank and gunwale. Vessel is allowed a one-time transit to SWCH to be gas freed and make permanent repairs. No further cargo operations are authorized until repairs have been completed to the satisfaction of an attending Marine Inspector. Naptha was the last cargo and there is no breach of the cargo tank.
