0710 - Main engine upper and lower fuel pressure casing housing for cylinders 12, 11, 9 and 5 are leaking F/O from their fittings located within. These leaks have increased to a degree that has filled temp buckets placed in leak path while system is not pressurized. This is a fire hazard. Repair to the satisfaction of Class. -SOLAS 2004 Cond. Ed. II-2 Reg 4.1 / MSC.Circ.647 & 851.
