Resolution: Documentation from Admin shows rescue boat is in good working order.
The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to confrom with the provisions of the present regulation to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. PSCO observed Anti-fouling coating falure, AFT portion of vessel.
