Duck boat reported a loss of propulsion while operating with passengers in the [name withheld], due to Power Take-Off (PTO) disengaging while underway. Determine cause of propulsion loss and repair or replace PTO. Perform satisfactory sea trials of the main engine and PTO to the satisfaction of attending Marine Inspector.
