Resolution: Permanent repairs completed and passed an air test to the satisfaction of ABS Surveyor and Coast Guard Marine Inspector.
Prove proper operation of starboard emergency shut-down prior to using pump engine. During inspection, cable failed to actuate engine shutdown. In addition, when air flow device manually actuated at engine compartment engine did not immediately shut down.
