To supplement the provisions of this part, each Contracting Government shall issue, or cause to be issued, detailed instructions on...medical first aid relevant to incidents involving dangerous goods in packaged form, taking into account the guidelines developed by the Organization.+ Labeling, storage, and dispensing should conform to the relevant specifications...and storage conditions should be checked at least once a year...Medicines should be replaced as soon as possible. PSCO observed over 80 items missing from ship's medicine chest, including 15 medicines/equipment required by the Medical First Aid Organization (MFAG).
