At each inspection for certification and periodic inspection the MI shall conduct such tests and inspections of the auxiliary machinery and its associated equipment. Upon arrival to barge the #1 and #4 generator were inoperable. MI could not conduct testing as required for over-speed and low lube oil. The generators were being work on while MI were conducting inspection. Generator #1 and #4 shall have test conducted iaw with regulations to satisfaction of RO.

The #3 generator was operating during cargo transfer, MI observed extensive leaking of coolant on engine and deck along with lube oil. Generator shall conduct functional test and repair leaks to satisfaction of RO.
