Power was restored via EDG, until the two other SSDG's could be brought online. Vessel may continue transit to Tampa for repairs. Repairs to be completed to satisfaction of attending TPO. Objective evidence attesting to the satisfactory repair IAW company TSMS must be submitted to issuing OCMI.

During inspection it was discovered that port & Stbd MDEs have exhaust leaks, due to cracks in the bellows. DPA was notified but failed to notify class of the deficiency, IAW OSG's Incident Reporting and Emergency Response procedures. Vessel is required to conduct an internal safety audit focusing on vessel maintenance and reporting incidents. Results of audit must be submitted to Class within 90 days.
