When major alterations or major repairs of tank vessels become necessary the work shall be done under the direction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection, and shall be in accordance with the regulations in effect for new construction insofar as possible. Vessel was involved in a marine casualty which resulted in hull damage and water ingress in port side #1 wing void. Vessel to make permanent repairs to satisfaction of attending CG Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 30.01-10 701 c

Resolution: Repairs are from provided survey report/worklist. See attached plate summary. Cropped and renewed in kind. Conducted a visual exam of all repairs and witnessed air test at 1.0 PSI. Test satisfactory.
