DAMAGE RESULTED IN AN APPROMATE 8" VERTICAL CRACK ALONG WITH A 1.25" OVER 3' X 2'06" SET-IN. PERMINANT REPAIR NO LATER THAN 30 NOV 2023. VESSEL IS TO REMAIN IN INNER HARBOR. ALL REPAIRS TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE ATTENDING MARINE INSPECTOR.

Every system which may be exposed to pressures higher than the system's maximum allowable working pressure shall be safeguarded by appropriate relief devices. The relief valve setting shall not exceed the maximum allowable working pressure of the system. Prior to discharge of cargo operations, cargo pump relief valve that relieves at or below the maximum allowable working pressure of the cargo system must be installed for each cargo pump to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector.
