Vessel has approximately six inches of oil product (gasoline) in its #1 starboard wing tank. Vessel must not transfer any product from its #1 starboard wing tank until the USCG [name withheld] has approved a transfer procedure for such. Once Gas Freed the vessel must fix the issues aboard the vessel to prevent cargo from going into the Voids.
