Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. Vessel reported a pin hole cargo leak on the bow rake adjoining corner of cargo tank 1 STBD. Vessel authorized one-time cargo discharge followed by permanent repairs completed to the satisfaction of a USCG Marine Inspector prior to next cargo loading operation.
