VESSEL REPORTED LOSS OF PROPULSION ON STBD. MAIN ENGINE DUE TO GEAR OIL LEAK ON REDUCTION GEAR. PROVIDE TPO REPORT ATTESTING TO REPAIRS AND SAFE OPERATION OF PROPULSION SYSTEM.
