MI's attended vessel following allision with Brazos Locks. Discovered damage to stbd headlog. Vessel is required to make temporary repairs and is permitted one time discharge at Houston Fuel Oil. Permanant repairs to the headlog must be made prior to departure from the Captain of the Port zone to the satisfaction fo the attending marine inspector.

Resolution: Cropped and renewed (1) 26" X 42" X 3/4" rolled corner, (1) 21" X 40" X 3/4 deck plate, (1) 3'' X 18" X 3/4" double shaped headlog, and (1) 5'' X 3" X 3/4" rake knuckle. Space was visually inspected and submitted to an air test. No discrepancies noted.
