Permanant repairs to the headlog must be made prior to departure from the Captain of the Port zone to the satisfaction fo the attending marine inspector.

Resolution: Cropped and renewed (1) 26" X 42" X 3/4" rolled corner, (1) 21" X 40" X 3/4 deck plate, (1) 3'' X 18" X 3/4" double shaped headlog, and (1) 5'' X 3" X 3/4" rake knuckle. Space was visually inspected and submitted to an air test. No discrepancies noted.
