Scantlings, material, and workmanship shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of ABS or other recognized classification society. The bow void of vessel received an (approximately) 2' x '2 hole after another vessel's tow allided with it. After offload of current cargo, make permanent repairs to shell damage and any associated internal structures to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector prior to further cargo operations.
