All bilges and void spaces must be kept free from accumulation of combustible and flammable materials and liquids insofar as practical. Also, a vessel must be in satisfactory service insofar as structural adequacy is concerned and the structure of the vessel is not questioned by the [name withheld] accumulation was discovered in the forward hold and a potential crack in the starboard fuel tank was identified. Make permanent repairs to prevent fuel from leaking into the forward hold bilge.

Vessel reported being struck by power line while transiting in vicinity of MM 2.5. After electrical hazard cleared, vessel to conduct damage survey to the satisfaction of attending Marine Inspector following transit to fleeting area in proximity of MM 7.
