Damage is located in the port bow rake and is 8 X 3 foot inset that is 1.5 feet deep. Please see the attached CG 835 for details prohibiting the vessel from movement until MI's have recieved a lightering plan & transit plan, and prohibiting cargo ops w/o a repair plan.
