The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. PSCO observed leak in port side fresh water tank. A recognized class society should survey any appendages and affected areas resulting from the allision.

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from DNV-GL stating the deficiency was rectified. The replacement solenoid coil has been ordered and DNV-GL has issued a Condition of Authority to the Safety Equipment Certificate to rectify issue w/in 60 days.
