The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. Vessel had temporary loss of populsion to STBD Z-Drive possibly due to failed/failing transformer. Vessel will proceed to Port Fourchon IAW approved transit plan for repairs to be cleared by ABS. 74 SOLAS (20) I/11(a)

The vessel experienced a casualty with it's starboard Z-drive. The vessel may proceed to Port Fourchon. Provide a Class/Tech report attesting to satisfactory repair/ operation of the of the vessel's starboard Z-drive. - SOLAS 74 (2020 CONS.) I / Reg. 11.a
