The vessel has been both in satisfactory service insofar as structural adequacy is concerned and does not cause the structure of the vessel to be questioned by either the OCMI, or TPO engaged to perform an audit or survey. Vessel flooded due to structural failures on the aft void. Structural, mechanical and electrical repairs must be conducted to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard inspector prior to commercial operation.

All spaces/voids/tanks located on the main deck were flooded. Vessel is to be placed in dry-dock and an examination of the hull condition and scantlings completed.
