DMI received notification that the vessel's port main engine had failed. Determine root cause and provide servicing report to the satisfaction of TPO. Vessel is authorized to make a one time transit to Anchorage. 46 CFR 143.205(a)

Prior to movement, vessel must provide a technician's report and an ABS class report attesting to the proper operation of the port main diesel engine to the satisfaction of an attending USCG Marine Inspector. 46 CFR 143.205 (a,c)
