To stop the flow of fuel in the event of a fire or break in the fuel line, a remote fuel shutoff valve must be fitted on any fuel line that supplies fuel directly to a propulsion engine or generator prime mover. Remote fuel shutoff valve handle for the day tank broke when actuating. Replace valve and test to the satisfaction of the CG [name withheld] day tank until remote fuel shutoff valve handle is replaced and tested.

System was serviced JAN2024 and report was provided. System was re-serviced in MAY2024 however servicing report of the fixed fire-extinguishing system could not be provided.
