While underway a coolant hose leading from the main engine to the inlet side of the keel cooler had a broken hose clamp and came disconnected from the engine, which caused an overheat alarm resulting in a reduction of propulsion. Vessel engineer immediately reconnected the hose with a new hose clamp. Propulsion and test satisfactory.
