Electrical systems and equipment must function properly and minimize system failures and fire and shock hazards. The 2 refrigerators located in the pantry were plugged into a multi-outlet adapter, which was then connected to an extension cord to reach the nearest outlet. Remove the "daisy-chain" configuration and provide an alternative.

No CSSRC was issued to the vessel. The certificate shall be available prior to operating in international waters.
