Vessel has received structural damage to outer hull, structural members, and watertight bulkhead pertaining to #1 port ballast tank and bow thruster space. A survey by class shall be made. The survey shall be such as to insure necessary repairs or renewals have been effectively made, and that vessel complies in all respects with class regulations. Vessel shall submit repair proposal/plan to local OCMI. The class survey must provide local OCMI with correspondence approving all repairs completed and attest to vessel fit for route and service prior to departure from current location. All conditions must be satisfactory to class and U.S. Coast Guard local OCMI.
