1270-Doors- Watertight doors fitted to internally subdivide large cargo spaces shall be closed before the voyage commences, and shall be kept closed during navigation. Watertight door leading from airlock/passageway to the cargo corridor does not close fully on the frame. Numerous fire doors leading to escape trunks and the emergency generator had deteriorated class A gasket material. Lube oil leaks on maine engine have entered into the port aft light fixture on the 1st tier of the engine. Fuel oil drain pipe lagging is soaked with lube oil leaks and missing lagging in parts, on the main engine's first tier. 74 SOLAS (14) II-2/4.1.1 - 17 a c.
