When tested by fire servicing personnel and witnessed by MI, port ER 60 second time delay discharged at 48 seconds, and stbd ER 60 second time delay discharged at 126 seconds.

The shutoff valve at the tank must be manually operable from outside the compartment in which the valve is located. At each inspection for certification and at every other vessel inspection all observed unsafe practices, fire hazards, and other hazardous situations must be corrected and all required guards and protective devices must be in satisfactory condition. Days tank sight glasses in both engine rooms were found to be made of plastic tubing and not mechanically protected.
