During a Coast Guard inspection, it was discovered that the packing/ insulation on the electrical wires for the high level alarm system were improperly fitted and loose. As a result, the electrical wiring had become exposed. Vessel is not permitted to conduct cargo operations until the electrical wiring on the high level alarms has been properly installed.
