One IVO of the port generator, one outboard of both the port and starboard waste dirty oil tanks. Crop/ renew to good metal. NDT and visual inspection to be witnessed by a Marine Inspector for all inserts. Prior to departing Port Fourchon. 46 CFR 176-20-5 (Old T)

Deck penetrations from the port and starboard generator small discharge containments on the weather deck have fixed piping that leads to dirty oil tanks port & starboard in the aft of the generator space. Bulkhead connection is weaping from either threads or likely welded areas. Deficiency is reduced to Prior to Departure (17C).

Starboard main engine exhaust aft exhaust had significant water leak near the hull penetration point. Both exhaust pipes must be made the meet the requirement that no gas or water leak from the pipe.

"All cable and wire must be protected from the weather." Battery wiring on aft outer deck port side of the pilot house had exposed wiring that sheared from the battery. Wiring must be removed or reconnected safely to the battery for use.
