PSCO conducted visual inspection of damage; found a 1 inch inset 3 meters long between frames 180-190, at the 4.2 meter draft mark. Vessel has been conducting soundings in the No. 1 port side ballast tank; no water ingress noted. Provide classification report. - ICLL 66

Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from KRS stating the damage was minor and that the vessel is safe to proceed to sea. It was also noted that the damage is to be repaired during the April 2011 dry-docking.
