All waste-receptacles shall be constructed of non-combustible materials with no openings in the sides or bottom. PSCO observed a combustible trashcan in pantry on deck 6, zone 6. 74 SOLA5 97 II-2/18.5

Every motorized survival craft shall have a person assigned who is capable of operating the engine, and carrying out minor adjustments. PSCO observed coxswains on lifeboats #l5 and #11 did not know where to locate emergency fuel shut off valve, or how to operate it. 74 SOLAS 20 111/10.6 16ac

Fire doors in main vertical zone bulkheads and stairway enclosures shall be self-closing and shall have an approximately uniform rate of closure of no more than 40 s and no less than lOs. PSCO observed fire door 01097 was not self closing, did not close without force. FD06038 did not close. 74 SOLA5 97 11-2/30.4.1 16 ac

Fireman’s outfit shall consist of personal equipment comprising an electric safety lamp (hand lantern) with a minimum burning period of 3 h. PSCO observed inoperable flashlight in primary firefighting team member’s equipment. 74 SOLAS 97 11-2/17.1.1.4 16c

Each lifejacket shall be fitted with a whistle firmly secured by lanyard. PSCO observed dry-rotted whistles on lifejackets on tender #4. 74SOLAS 04 II-1/40.1.3 16c

Electrical installations shall be such that: the safety of passengers, crew and ship from electrical hazards will be ensured. PSCO observed extension cord being used as permanent wiring in pool control room as well as to a fire damper control. 4SOLAS 04 11-1/40.1.3

Every crew member with assigned emergency duties shall be familiar with these duties before the voyage begins. PSCO observed crewmember on lifeboat #9 and second commander on lifeboat #10 were unfamiliar with location of fuel shutoff valves. Additionally, observed the second commander on tender #2 was unfamiliar with how to start the engine. 17ac (cleared) 74 SOLAS 20 III / 19.2.1

Doors and door frames in "B" class divisions and means of securing them shall provide a method of closure which shall have resistance to fire equivalent to that of the divisions. PSCO observed FD 08027 not close and latch completely. 17ac (cleared) 74 SOLAS 97 II – 2 / 31.1

Maintenance, testing and inspections shall be carried out in a manner having due regard to ensuring the reliability of fire-fighting systems and appliances. PSCO observed hinge on FD0044 disconnected from closing device. 16ac (14 days) 74 SOLAS 97 II – 2 / 14.2.2.1

Except for hatches between cargo, special category, store, and baggage spaces, and between such spaces and the weather decks, all openings shall be provided with permanently attached means of closing which shall be at least as effective for resisting fires as the divisions in which they are fitted. PSCO observed local automatic release for FD 04021 did not initiate closure of door. 16ac (14 days) 74 SOLAS 97 II – 2 / 30.1

Auxiliary machinery spaces which do not contain machinery having a pressure lubrication system and where storage of combustibles is prohibited such as: rooms containing section switchboards and purely electrical equipment. PSCO observed storage of cardboard boxes in high voltage switchboard room between electrical panels. 10ac 74 SOLAS 97 II – 2 / 26.2.2(10)

Muster and embarkation stations shall be adequately illuminated by lighting supplied from the emergency source of electrical power required by regulation II – I / 42 or II – 1 / 43. PSCO observed two inoperable emergency lights between lifeboat #s 14 and 16. 10ac 74 SOLAS 97 III / 11.4

In addition to the emergency lighting, the means of escape, including stairways and exits, shall be marked by lighting of photoluminescent strip indicators placed not more than 0.3 m (300mm) above the deck at all points of the escape route including angles and intersections. The marking must enable passengers to identify all the routes of escape and readily identify escape exits. PSCO observed emergency escape signage above FD TT018 in MVZ 5 and FD TT003 in Reverse Osmosis Room did not illuminate. Additional emergency escape signage was obstructed by piping in the same location. 10ac 74 SOLAS 97 II – 2 / 28.1.10

All the steering gear components and the rudder stock shall be of sound and reliable construction to the satisfaction of the Administration. PSCO recieved report of loss of power to steering gear pump leading to the loss of control. Vessel must complete permanent repairs to the satisfaction of the classification society prior to departure. 74SOLAS04 II-1 29.2.1 17 BC

PSCO observed multiple sliding doors that would not re-open upon contact and kept closing. 74 SOLAS 97 II-2/30.4.2

Any required automatic sprinkler, fire detection and fire alarm system shall be capable of immediate operation at all times. PSCO observed numerous empty high pressure water mist ampules through the ship. 74 SOLAS 97 II-2/12.1.1

Two means of escape shall be provided from each machinery space. PSCO observed emergency means of escape blocked in bow thruster room. 74 SOLAS 97 II-2/28.3.1

Before the ship leaves port and at all times during the voyage, all life saving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. PSCO witnessed lifeboat #5 primary steering method was inoperable. 74 SOLAS 97 III/19.2

Not less than 12 rocket parachute flares, complying with requirements in regulation 35, shall be carried and be stowed on or near the navigation bridge. PSCO observed parachute flares in the bridge being stored not in a water resistant casing, not meeting requirements of regulation 35. 74 SOLAS 97 III/6.3

Each power-operated sliding watertight door, shall be provided with an individual hand-operated mechanism. It shall be possible to open and close the door by hand at the door itself from either side, and in addition, close the door from an accessible position above the bulkhead deck with an all round crank motion or some other movement providing the same degree of safety acceptable to the Administration. Direction of rotation or other movement is to be clearly indicated at all operating positions. The time necessary for the complete closure of the door, when operating by hand gear, shall not exceed 90s with the ship in the upright position. PSCO observed hand gear on TW1 and TW2 inoperable.

Fire Doors in main vertical zone bulkheads and stairway enclosures shall be self closing and shall have an approximately uniform rate of closure of no more than 40s and no less than 10s. PSCO observed FD01022 and FD03029 not latching closed and FD03046 and FD04034 closing faster than 10s.

The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to ...proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons onboard. PSCO observed fuel oil leak at the fuel filter for EDG #1

Before the ship leaves port and at all times during the voyage, all life-saving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. PSCO observed lifeboat No. 11 engine unable to shut down after starting.

Fire doors in main vertical zone bulkheads and stairway enclosures, designed to re-open upon contacting an object in its path shall re-open sufficiently to allow a clear passage of at least 0.75 m but no more than 1 m. PSCO observed crash bar non-operational on sliding FD10006 and FD 06016

Fire doors in main vertical zone bulkheads and stairway enclosures, remote-controlled sliding or power-operated doors shall be equipped with an alarm that sounds at least 5 s but no more than 10 s before the door begins to move and continues sounding until the door is completely closed. PSCO observed no alarm on sliding FD 10006, sliding FD10007 and sliding FD10008.

Unless expressly provided otherwise...all lifesaving appliance prescribed in this part shall: be fitted with retro-reflective material where it will assist in detection and in accordance with the recommendations of the Organization. PSCO observed non self-righting lifeboats No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 did not have retro-reflective material on the bottom.

Each operation described in paragraph 2 of the regulation shall be fully recorded without delay in the Oil Record Book Part 1, so that all entries in the book appropriate to that operation are completed. Each completed operation shall be signed by the officers in charge of the operations concerned and each completed page shall be signed by the master of the ship. PSO observed multiple over board discharge entries for the Oily Water Separator and White Box Monitor incorrectly annotated as "15.3" instead of "15.1" dating back to at least August 2024. The entries were entered by 03 different 2nd Engineers, verified and signed off by the Chief Engineer, and verified and signed off by the Master

Fire doors in main vertical zone bulkheads and stairway enclosures double-leaf doors equipped with a latch necessary to their fire integrity shall have a latch that is automatically activated by the operation of the doors when released by the system. PSCO's identified 01 double leaf fire door in a stairway enclosure which failed to latch shut upon local activation, FD08028.

Fire doors in main vertical zone bulkheads and stairway enclosures, designed to re-open upon contacting an object in its path shall re-open sufficiently to allow a clear passage of at least 0.75 m but no more than 1 m. PSCO's discovered 01 A-60 sliding door in MVZ, FD04030, which failed to re-open a passage of at least .75m upon contact consistently.

The activation of any detector or manually operated call point shall initiate a visual and audible fire signal at the control panel and indicating units. If the signals have not received attention within 2 min an audible alarm shall be automatically sounded throughout the crew accommodation and service spaces, control stations and machinery spaces of category A. PSCO's identified 01 manual call point on Deck 11 STBD side, A1136, that failed to activate visual and audible signal at the control panel on the bridge.

The construction of all doors and door frames in "A" class divisions, with the means of securing them when closed, shall provide resistance to fire as well as to the passage of smoke and flame, as far as practicable, equivalent to that of the bulkheads in which the doors are situated. Such doors and door frames shall be constructed of steel or other equivalent material. PSCO's identified 02 A-60 hinged fire doors with damaged gasket material, and 01 A-60 sliding fire door which failed to close upon local activation, permitting the passage of smoke and flame. Doors identified were the generator 1 room door, FDTT012, the boiler room 2 door, FDTT021, and the sliding door in front of the solarium, FD09017.

Each emergency generating set arranged to be automatically started shall be equipped with starting devices approved by the Administration with a stored energy capability of at least three consecutive starts. A second source of energy shall be provided for an additional three starts withn 30 min unless manual starting can be demonstrated to be affective. PSCO observed second emergency diesel generator failed to start on second source of energy. 74SOLAS ( 04) II-1 Reg 44.2 50 bc

A door designed to re-open upon contacting an object in it’s path shall re-open sufficiently to allow a clear passage of at least 0.75 m but not more than 1 m. PSCO observed fire door 06017 re-opened more than 1 m upon contact with object in it's path. 74 SOLAS 97 II-2/30.4.2

Fire doors in main vertical zone bulkheads and stairway enclosures shall be self-closing and shall have an approximately uniform rate of closure of no more than 40 s and no less than 10 s. PSCO observed fire doors 06038, 06035, and 08025 closing at a rate faster than 10s. 74 SOLAS 97 II-2/30.4.1

In addition to the emergency lighting required by regulations II-1/42 and III/11.5, the means of escape, including stairways and exits,shall be marked by lighting or photoluminescent strip indicators placed not more than 0.3 m above the deck at all points of the escape route. PSCO observed low location lighting extinguished in the vicinity of deck 5 elevator lobby and fire door 5033. 74 SOLAS 97 II-2/28.1.10

Lifeboats which are not self-righting when capsized shall have suitable handholds on the underside of the hull to enable persons to cling to the lifeboat. PSCO observed broken bracket for port side handhold on lifeboat 5. 74 SOLAS 20 III/34 LSA Code 4.4.7.4

Each lifejacket light shall have a source of energy capable of providing a luminous intensity of 0.75 cd for a period of at least 8hours. PSCO observed lifejacket lights in cabins 7592, 7023, and 8025 were inoperable. 74 SOLAS 20 III/34 LSA Code 2.2.3.1.2

ALL ELECTRICAL APPARATUS SHALL BE SO CONSTRUCTED AND SO INSTALLED AS NOT TO CAUSE INJURY WHEN HANDLED OR TOUCHED IN THE NORMAL MANNER. OBSERVED ELECTRICAL CABLES ON GRAY WATER DISCHARGE PUMP SYSTEM WITH COMPROMISED INSULATION. 74 SOLAS 04 II-1/45.1.3

MUSTER AND EMBARKATION STATIONS SHALL BE ADEQUATELY ILLUMINATED BY LIGHTING SUPPLY FROM THE EMERGENCY SOURCE OF ELECTRICAL POWER REQUIRED BY REGULATION II-1/42 OR II-1/43, AS APPROPRIATE. OBSERVED TWO EMERGENCY LIGHTS FOR THE PORT SIDE LIFEBOATS DID NOT WORK. 74 SOLAS 97 III/11.4

FIRE DOORS IN MAIN VERTICAL ZONE BULKHEADS AND STAIRWAY ENCLOSURES SHALL BE SELF-CLOSING AND BE CAPABLE OF INCLINATION OF UP TO 3.5 DEGREES OPPOSING CLOSURE, AND SHALL HAVE AN APPROXIMATELY UNIFORM RATE OF CLOSURE OF NO MORE THAN 40S AND NO LESS THAN 10S WITH THE SHIP IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION. SELF-CLOSING FIRE DOOR 10008 DID NOT FUNCTION WHEN THE FIRE DOOR RELEASE WAS ACTIVATED, SELF-CLOSING FIRE DOORS 02015, 02016 & 01038 DID NOT COMPLETELY CLOSE OR LATCH. 74 SOLAS(97) II-2/30.4.1

02118- The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations. During transit decks 6 and 9 suffered cracking port and starboard side within the aft vicinity of the Atrium. 74SOLAS(14)I/11(a) 17AC

Fire extinguishing equipment shall be available for immediate use at all times. PSCO observed chairs blocking the fire extinguishers on the top row of the port and starboard sides. 74SOLAS(97) II-2/21

The safety of passengers, crew, and ship from electrical hazards shall be ensured In electric equipment room 6204 (F.D. 06005) two doors covering electric panels will not close and a third door has been removed leaving the panels exposed. 74SOLAS(04) II-I/40.1.3

33 CFR 160.105 Each person who has notice of the terms of an order issued under this subpart must comply with that order. GRANDEUR OF THE SEAS violated the restrictions placed upon it in COTP ORDER 15-19 on 1 September by moving without permission of the COTP.

THE ACTIVATION OF ANY MANUALLY ACTIVATED CALL POINT SHALL INITIATE A VISUAL AND AUDIBLE ALARM AT THE CONTROL PANEL. CALL POINT C0926DID NOT ACTIVATE AN ALARM ON THE BRIDGE CONTROL PANEL. SOLAS 74 (97) II-2/13.1.4

THE CONDITION OF THE SHIP AND ITS EQUIPMENT SHALL BE MAINTAINED TO CONFORM WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE PRESENT REGULATIONS. SMOKE DETECTORS IN CABINS 7565 AND 8572 DO NOT EMIT AN AUDIBLE ALARM WHEN ACTIVATED. SOLAS 74 (14) I/11

FIRE DOORS SHALL BE SELF-CLOSING. 05 FIRE SCREEN DOORS DID NOT LATCH WHEN TESTED. SOLAS 74 (97) II-2/30.4.1

0750 - Remote controlled sliding or power operated doors shall be equipped with an alarm that sounds at least 5 secs but no more than 10 secs before the door begins to move and continuous sounding until the door is completely closed. PSCO observed 04 fire doors with inoperable alarms: 05001, 10009, 06014 and 06010. SOLAS 74 (97 Cons.) II-2/30.4.2

0750 - A door designed to open upon contacting an object in its path shall reopen sufficiently to allow clear passage of at least .75 m but no more than 1 m. PSCO observed 02 doors which failed to reopen upon contact: 06025 and 06021. SOLAS 74 (97 Cons.) II-2/30.4.2

0750 - Doors shall be self-closing and capable of closing at and angle of inclination of up to 3.5* opposing closure, and shall have an approximate uniform rate of closure of no more than 40 s and no less than 20 s with the ship in the upright position. PSCO observed 02 doors fail to close: 10009 and 06014. SOLAS 74 (97 Cons.) II-2/30.4.2

Vessel reported port #4 life boat davit inoperable vessel issued short term PSSC limiting vessel to accomodating 1050 passengers on port side and 1200 on starboard. 74 SOLAS 2014 CONS III/20.2

A door designed to re-open upon contacting an object shall re-open sufficiently. Upon Testing the contact did not re-open the door (FD 09012)

The construction of all doors and frames in "A" class divisions shall provide resistance to fire as the passage of smoke and flame. FD 05044 appears warped and does not appear to seal against it's frame. Additionally, the keyhole passes clearly through the door with no fire or smoke protection.

The ship has reported issues with port and stbd motors after drydock and installation of new GE motor controllers. SOLAS 1/11

2535-The company should establish procedures for key shipboard operations. The various tasks should be defined and assigned to various personnel. A post casualty investigation after vessel lost a lifeboat into the water during maintenance determined the vessel did not have specific procedures for the maintanance they were conducting. -74SOLAS(14)IX/3.1 ISM Code Part A Reg. 7

During maintenance on the lifeboat, the number 5 starboard lifeboat became unsecured and fell into the harbor. Lifeboat received damage to the hull and capsized. 74 SOLAS (97 cons.) Where "A" class divisions are penetrated for the passage of electrical cables, pipes, etc., arrangements shall be made to ensure the fire resistance is not impaired, subject to the previsions of regulation 30.5. Structural fire protection insulation missing in way of safety center, main deck. Also missing above fire door 03031 between low voltage stadium and AC035.

Above the bulkhead there shall be at least two means of escape. In Card room and Conference room on deck 4, secondary means of escape were blocked by dining tables in main dining area.

Vsl did not properly submit an NOA within the appropriate time.

0610 The number 6 lifeboat has been non operational since 14AUG15 with the engine being repaired. Total persons on board is reduced by 150 for a total of 3050. 74 SOLAS (14) III/20.2 50 ac

0925 - Drills shall be, as far as practicable, be conducted as if there were an actual emergency. Fire drill was held in FWD paint locker deck 4. Actual fire zone includes decks 3 and 4. Crew responded to deck 4 leaving untrained boundary cooling team in fire affected space with no means of communication or protective clothing. Provide report of training to USCG. 74 SOLAS (14)III/19.3.1 50ac

0999 Deck 10 frame 117 on the starboard side and frame 170 on the port side have separated on the weld and presents a hazard to passengers and crew. Additionally, the support stanchions from deck 9 to the crown lounge have cracks around welds. Passengers are prohibited from transiting the deck area of deck 9 and 10 IWO frame 117 until repairs are made to the satisfaction of class. 50ac

Identified deficiency with fuel shut off for Emergency Generator, Cable was Corroded.

The vessel's reported a failure of the #3 switch board inverter. The inverter is transitional power for emergency services. Critical electrical systems now will encounter a 20 seconds "blackout" or power interuption before the e-gen set kicks on line automatically. Class report 18515 allows 30 days for repairs but manning e gen set room during restricted nav areas.

Vessel's #1 and #3 main engines experienced auto-shutdowns while transiting into the Port of Tampa; the number 2 and 4 main engines remained fully operational. The vessel's engineers made satisfactory repairs to number 1 and 3 main engines and were witnessed by Coast Guard. The vessel is to have Class attest to the proper operation and repairs of the main engine and submit class report to CG.

One of three MDEs was inop. Class to attest to proper operation.

Port Bridge Wing rudder angle indicator for port rudder shows error of 3-4 degrees when operating port rudder to port side rudder angle indicator center line above steering position shows 3 degree error to stbd when operating stbd rudder. Each error detected when operating rudders locally as in emergency steering. Class Must attest to correction of all indicators. SOLAS 74 II/29

Vessel cooking/Galley staff showed inadequate knowledge of fixed firefighting installations in windjammer and sun pavilion galley. Prove training to satisfaction of Coast Guard.

Galley Ventilation shut down and indicator panel found to have open connections, exposed wiring and at least one alarm indicator light disconnected. This is the vent shut down panel in sun pavilion galley. Class to attest to proper wiring of panel.

The port side, number two Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) is leaking sewage onto the deck and associated equipment make permanent repairs to the satisfaction of class.

Provide Class Survey Report attesting to completion of satisfactory temporary repairs to starboard rudder.

Make repairs and prove proper operation of port eclectic motor to the satisfaction of the attending USCG marine inspector and Class (DNV) prior to the departure for the Port of Baltimore.

Due to temporary repairs to port propulsion and resulting reduced engine capacity, vsl is required to notify each COTP of engine status in ANOA and at 12 hours before entry into the zone. Notification shall document current status of port engine and any changes. Condition shall remain in force until permanent repairs are completed and attested to by Class on or about 2 AUG 2005.

The vessel lost its port anchor while underway. A deviation was granted to enter port and replace with the vessel's spare anchor.

Vsl received damage while docking to the stbd side fwd from frame 186 to 210 between decks 0-2. Damage located approx. 1m above the waterline 15m in length, 3m in height and 1-2m in depth. Temp. repairs were done to the satisfaction of class. Awaiting class determination on the length of time the temp. repairs will be allowed. A CC was issued to expire by due date. See narrative for details.

Failure of hydraulic hose in steering flat.

REPAIR OR RENEW EMBARKATION LIGHTING.

REMOVE HOLDBACKS FROM FIRE SCREEN DOORS IN LAUNDRY.

Provide copies of the following logbook entries: ddddeparture/arrival tests, stability logging, lifesaving training.

Prove proper operation of semi watertight doors 45 & 46.

Properly post direction signs for passengers and crew to follow to muster stations.

Post fire control plans in appropriate locations.

Proivde & install a buoyant lifeline around the outside of each lifeboat.

Provide emergency lighting in forward pumproom.

Prove proper operation of alarm light colum in bow thruster room.

Proivde emergency escapes at fore and aft ends of center line machine space, deck 3, main fire zone 3.

Provide means of escape from bow thruster room.

Provide "emergency escape - do not block" sign on door leading from emergency escape in aft lobby, deck one.

Properly mark doors to aft crew stair tower, decks 3, 7, & 8, with low level location lighting. Lighting extends to door, but there is no vertical exit strip.

Properly mark door from hospital foyer into crew passageway, deck 1, with low location lighting. Lighting extends to door, but there is no vertical exit strip.

Properly mark WTD's in crew accommodation areas with an appropriate vertical exit strip.

Mark remote shutdowns in bunker stations.

Provide flag state approved plans for WTD installation, with details of additional protection provided for electric motors and controllers located below the bulkhead deck.

Provide & install or present an exemption certificate for the lifeboat launching mechanism that can be operated within the lifeboats.

Provide release pins for the life raft hydrostatic releases; and mount samein vicinity of rafts.

Provide means for loosening bolts on life rafts' removable float free guide.

Demonstrate ability of sprinkler system to provide a means for giving a visual & audible alarm at a continuously manned control station within 1 mnute of flow from one or more sprinklers.

Prove proper operation of fixed fire fighting system behind dryers in main laundry. The sprinkler heads were missing.

Provide documentation indicating that the A Class fire door that is being used as a down flooding hatch still meets the standards for a A Class boundary in the horizontal position.

Provide emergency opening valve for fire screen door 1089. Door can not beopened when air operating system is depleted.

Provide & properly stow all required equipment for all survival craft.

Make repairs to fuel tank leak in #2 lifeboat starboard side fuel tank compartment.

Proive on board the required number of emergency 2-way VHR marine portable radiotelephones.

Make repairs to fuel filter leak in #2 rescue boat.

Provide on board the required number of line throwing appliances.

Provide a device to prevent the stowage of material under the down floodinghatch.

mark the underside of the down flood hatch that it is NOT an exit.

Cross flood hatches fitted in bulkheads in the crew gym & shop stores on 0 deck can be & are blocked preventing the opening of these cross flooding hatches.

PROVIDE FOR INSPECTION UPON ARRIVAL THE FOLLOWING: REGISTRY, CLASS DOC., PSSC, SAFE MANNING CERT., ILLC, ITC, IOPP CERT., COFR, SOLAS TRAINING MANUAL, ORB, OTP'S.

Prior to embarking passengers in U.S., conduct emergency drills to satisfaction of attending USCG marine inspector.

Conduct a lifeboat drill in San Juan, P.R. using the vessel's starboard side survival craft to the satisfaction of the attending USCG marine inspector.

Prior to embarking passengers in U.S., properly connect CO2 bottles to system.

Properly lable all fire fighting system controls.

Prove proper operation of audible & visual alarms for sprinkler system section valves.

Prove proper operation of sprinkler system automation.

Remove locks from doors of fire stations 50 & 78 or post key & key box.

MIO Europe structural fire protection fax item 12; insulation on mobile station bulkhead incomplete.

MIO Europe structural fire protection item 61; A-60 insulation measured approx. 60 mm, 80 mm required.

Install fire fighting equipment as marked on fire control plan.

Proivde proper markings on all fire & sprinkler station doors.

Prepare & post the muster list.

Prior to embarking passengers in U.S., prove proper operation of bridge shutdowns of main propulsion equipment. A logbook entry signed by the captain is sufficient evidence of same.

Prove A-60 integrity of all glass separating public spaces from embarkationspaces on deck 5; & glass separating public spaces from lifeboats as they are lowered.

Provide a Statement of Fact from vessel's classification society stating that the davit launched life raft launching & embarkation arrangements are safe. Provide technical data from davit manufacturer stating davits are safe & suitable for 35 person rafts in the as installed arrangement.

Prior to embarking passengers in U.S., conduct a 1 hour load test of the emergency generators. A logbook entry signed by the captain is sufficient evidence of same.

Prove proper operation of fire door closure lights on bridge control system.

Prove proper operation of emergency generator room CO2 system ventilation shutdown.

Prove proper operation of reefer escape alarms.

Prove proper operation of galley hoods in the Chinese galley.

Post "You are here" signs in the stair towers.

Provide "emergency escape - do not block" signs in way of the escape hatches near cabins.

Properly lable all fire doors with their I.D. number.

Prove proper operation of CO2 shutdown for incinerators.
