Port side chine area between frames 16 & 17 mess deck bilge. A 48" piece of Schedule 40 pipe that connects the side shell plating with the hull/chine plating has rusted through. The plating behind this pipe, Approx 54" x 9" on the side shell as well as 54" x 6" of hull plating are wasted and need to be cropped out and renewed.
