Marine Inspector observed 05 child life jackets with unsatisfactory retroreflective material. Operator to replace retroreflective material to the satisfaction of the Marine Inspector. Capacity of vessel to carry children on board to be reduced by 05 until rectified.

MI found stress fracture weld cracks in the lazarette. Stress fractures are located on both port and starboard side strut bearing internal support aft frames. Vessel conducted satisfactory NDT dye pen test, cracks will be monitored, conduct repairs prior to next credit dry dock to satisfaction of MI.
