The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to confrom with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board.
-Standing water identified in AB deck stbd side near ramp and ramp to C/D deck
-Hydraulic oil leak from B deck hold 2 side shell door
-AB deck hydraulic tnak for ramp winch motor leaking into containment and onto deck.
-Hydraulic oil leaks on deck and around hydraulic motors for water tight doors.
-C deck Hold 1 Vent fire damper missing pin; may be the same on other fire dampers
-Corrosion on flying bridge. Several areas identified; railins, VHF antenna stand, around mast head lights.
-Substantial corrosion was identified throughout F deck including coaming, deck ventilators, and fire dampers
-Substantial corrosion was found on the port side lifeboat embarkation deck. The steel was especially thin in one are that a dime sized hole was made in the deck. Corrosion was identified surrounding the decks of the davits and winches on both lifeboat embarkation stations.
