An International Load Line Certificate (1966) shall be issued to every ship which has been surveyed and marked in accordance with the present Convention. The vessel received upgrades to the boiler automation. For the most part the automation had very little changes. Two noticed were 1) bridge alarms originally listed on approved procedures but now longer exist 2) the ready light operation post purge sequence. Ship's crew to review procedures for any other changes and make all necessary upgrades.

The ff Co2 hose reel just immediately aft of the main control in the engine room has a dry rotted and cracked hose. Vessel personnel to replace hose during upcoming annual ff servicing.

The diesel fuel piping in cargo hold #3 aft has two soft patches due to corrosion from water. Ship crew is going to contract repair facility to make permanent repairs.

The hydraulic acutating valve on emergency generator leaks hydraulic fluid exclusively. The valve was replaced 8 months ago but needs to be replaced again.

All of the hydraulic WTD in the enginerrom did not operate as designed. Many of the position indicators could not be read from the bridge (place of closing). regular PMS was not being conducted as prescribed. The lower aux door did not even fully close with the hand pump resovior being empty. Please check operation every year.
