Propulsion machinery must be suitable in type and design for propulsion requirements of the hull in which it is installed and capable of operating at constant marine load under such requirements without exceeding its designed limitations. The vessel center shaft sheared off and the vessel lost the center propeller. Replace center shaft and propeller.

The vessel's current Stability Letter dated 01DEC11 allowed for the carriage of 114 Total Persons. Vessel's passenger count is restricted to 53 Total Persons (50 Passengers and 3 Crew) with zero (0) passengers allowed on the upper deck, until fixed ballast is installed and the new Stability Letter is issued by the Marine Safety Center.
