An Interim International Load Line Certificate was issued on 18APR2025 in Staten Island, New York by CONARINA, which is not a Recognized Classification Society.

A survey before the ship is put in service, which shall include a complete inspection of its structure and equipment insofar as the ship is covered by the present Convention. This survey shall be such as to ensure that the arrangements, material and scantlings fully comply with the requirements of the present Convention. Vessel did not have any records for the inspections of the arrangements, material and scantlings for assignment of the load line. All of this was subsequent to the issuance of the certificate.
