This, coupled with a crack found on the port aft chain plate, constitutes a necessity for an independent (third party) professional rigging survey to be completed on the vessel. Vessel is authorized to be placed in the water to conduct rigging survey if required by surveyor. Ensure survey is completed and report is submitted to local OCMI to verify safety of rig prior to operating with passengers.
