Engineroom fire dampers SS-134, and SS-136 do not fully close, engineroom fire damper SS-138 indicates a motor failed alarm on the MCCS panel and its operation was not able to be witnessed, and fire damper 4-86-2 for cargo hold 5C is unwired.
