During PSC examination of the vessel it was found that the external storage tank support framing on the main deck in way of the centerline at amid ship is wasted and cracked in half at all four corners. This could cause the tank to fall onto cargo piping, bunkering piping, which could cause an unsafe and dangerous environment. The vessel must have class inspect the tanks structure.
