Vacuum pumps for the MSD tanks are inoperable. Vessel must ensure satisfactory sanitary conditions for passengers and crew. Vessel can depart without passengers to make effective repairs in Cape May. 46 CFR 71.25(a) 701a

However, repairs must be completed and verified to the satisfaction of an attending Marine Inspector prior to carrying passengers after June 16, 2026. 46 CFR 61.01-1
