The piping must be properly supported by non-combustible hangers or blocks. #3 engine exhaust flexible piping had a 2" x 5" hole in it, leaking exhaust in the engine room. #1 and #2 generators exhaust lines are not properly supported, they were missing bolts in hangers. SUN DAY shall replace or repair the faulty flexible exhaust pipe, #1 and #2 generator hanger bolts to the satisfaction of the Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Engine and generator bilges were found with excessive fuel, oil and water in bilges. Pump all bilges dry, test machinery for leaks and make repairs accordingly prior to vessel's departure.
