A sufficient quantity of protective equipment must be maintained and in adequate condition onboard during the transfer of class 1 hazardous materials. Upon barge inspection, 03 fire exintuighsers were found to have missing tamper seals located on the crane, engine compartment and below the crane. Crane extinguisher had a dent on the underside of the cylinder.

Inner doors showed deterioration and protruding nails and screws. Doors shall be fixed to standard requirements.
