Repairs or alterations to the hull, machinery, or equipment that affect the safety of the vessel must not be made without the approval of the cognizant OCMI, except during an emergency. Vessel was swamped and sank in shallow water during Hurricane IDA. Vessel is to undergo a reinspection and drydock inspection prior to carrying passengers to the satisfaction of the cognizant OCMI.
