Vessel was due an Annual Inspection no later than 23 OCT 2022. Vessel remained loaded with regulated cargo when COI becamse invalid. Vessel completed successful Annual Inspection on 04 NOV 2022.

It was reported that the RHA-2204 ran aground while transiting inbound on Bayou Cassotte. The barge is permitted to continue transit to Chevron facility and offload. Immediately following final offload the barge must undergo a damage survey by a Coast Guard Marine Inspector to check for any potential damage due to the grounding.

Vessel was involved in a collision that resulted in damage to the VCS header, stern, port side gunwale, and topside transverse frames upon initial damage survey. Vessel is only authorized to transit from current location ARTCO Destrehan Fleet MM 121 to Rhodia Plant Facility at MM 234 to discharge and affect repairs. Prior to movement, company is to submit approved transit plan to the satisfaction of the cognizant [name withheld] arrival, company is to offload, clean, survey full extent of damage and affect permanent repairs at authorized repair facility to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
